Sometimes I truly hate being a girl. Other times, I wish my heating pad wasn't still packed away in a box. This is both of those times in one.

1. What bill do you hate paying the most?

~ The cable bill. It irritates me so much because it's so expensive and I get such crappy service.

2. Where was the last place you had a romantic dinner?

~ I would have to say Carrabas. Although I don't know if it was really romantic.

3. Do you regret losing your virginity to who you lost it to?

~ My only regret is that my vagina is not made of some sort of flesh eating acid which would have dissolved his penis. Hopefully very, very painfully. Hmmm...I guess that's a 'yes'.

4. If you could go back and change one thing what would it be?

Tampering with time lines is never a good idea, so nothing. <--- I shall keep that!

5. Name of your first grade teacher?

~ I think it was Mrs. Money.

6. What do you really want to be doing right now?

~ Sitting Sleeping with my heating pad. And a Midol.

7. What did you want to be when you were growing up?

~ A paleontologist.

8. How many colleges did you attend?

~ Two. Soon to be three.

9. Why did you choose the shirt that you have on right now?

~ It was clean. And orange.

10. What are your thoughts on gas prices?

~ I think that with the airlines grounding planes because of fuel costs, it really might cost me $1,000 to see my son.

11. If you could move anywhere and take someone with you where would it be?

~ I will always pick Italy! I'm not sure who I would take, though. They would have to be able to appreciate the scenery.

12. First thought when the alarm went off this morning?

~ I was awake before the alarm went off.

13. Last thought before going to sleep last night?

~ I'm pretty sure it was "I hate being a girl!"

14. Favorite underwear?

~ The ones that say "Fierce" across the bum. They crack me up.

16. What errand/chore do you despise?

~ Doing the dishes. I would pay someone to do my dishes.

17. If you didn't have to work, would you volunteer?

~ I do volunteer. The FRG always needs a helping hand!

18. Get up early or sleep in?

~ Sleep in.

19. What is your favorite cartoon character?

~ Daria

20. Favorite thing to do at night with a girl/guy?

~ Lately? SLEEP. I am totally wiped out from the move.

21. Have you found real love yet?

~ I always feel uncomfortable with questions like this, because I think I have a romanticized view of love.

22. When did you first start feeling old?

~ I normally don't feel 'old'. I have arthritis in my hips, and that makes me feel creaky sometimes! I've had it since I was about 17...a direct result of my incorrect posture after I broke my kneecap roller skating at 12.

24. Your favorite lunch meat?

~ I can't have sandwiches anymore...but I still adore a nice roast beef. Just in lettuce wraps, now.

25. What do you get every time you go into Costco?

~ We don't have a Costco. But we do have a Sam's, and I always buy fruit.

26. Beach or lake?

~ Beach! Beach! The only place I ever truly feel blissful.

27. Do you think marriage is an outdated ritual?

~ I don't think it's outdated. I think it needs to be reevaluated, as far as the law is concerned.

28. Do you own property?

~ Well, I HAVE property. And land. But I don't feel like the land is mine.

29. Favorite guilty pleasure?

~ I think the only time I feel guilty is when I know I have dishes to do, and yet I do something else, like play video games or read fic.

30. Favorite movie you wouldn't want anyone to find out about?

~ I am famed (or reviled) for my taste in movies. I'm not ashamed! Come to my house...one of my prize DVD's is "The Boy in the Plastic Bubble" starring John Travolta. Oh, the angst! I just bought Ratatuoille, but I haven't watched it yet.

31. What's your drink?

~ I can't, really. I was diagnosed with 'godawful ulcers'. But I love Reisling.

32. Cowboys or Indians?

I've got both in the family, so I can't choose. <---- me, too.

33. Cops or robbers?

~ I'll say cops.

34. Who from high school would you like to run in to?

~ I would like to see any of the girls I used to hang around with. It might be fun.

35. What radio station is your car radio tuned to right now?

~ I don't know, because I've been listening pretty exclusively to the Flight of the Conchords cd.

36. Norm or Cliff?

~ Neither, thanks.

37. 'The Cosby Show' or 'The Simpsons'?

~ The Simpsons.

38. Worst relationship mistake that you wish you could take back?

~ I wish I had said something...anything. Maybe things would have been different.

39. Do you like the person that sits directly across from you at work?

~ I haven't had a job for 2-3 weeks because I moved across the country. But no. No I did not. I did not like a single person in that office, because they lived their lives in a neverending stream of crap...it was very draining. I'm so much happier!

40. What famous person would you like to have dinner with?

~ Ben Franklin. You didn't say they had to be alive.

41. Indoors or outdoors?

~ I am an indoor type of girl who is trying to learn to be an outdoor girl.

42. Have you ever crashed your vehicle?

No, but I have been crashed into. And once I nearly flipped my car after I hit an oil patch.

43. Have you ever had to use a fire extinguisher for its intended purpose?

~ Right before I left, the fire marshal confiscated the fire extinguishers in my office because they were from 1977. THE NEXT DAY there was a fire. So no. I used a bottle of water.

44. Last book you read?

~ The Truth (with jokes) by Al Franken.

45. Do you have a teddy bear?

~ No. I have a Love Lobster and a penguin.

46. Strangest place you have ever brushed your teeth?

~ Nowhere, really. In a gas station?

47. Somewhere in California you've never been and would like to go?

~ I always wanted to go on a wine tour.

48. Do you go to church?

~ I did. Until they prayed for me because I read Harry Potter. (Seriously. They put my name on a list of people to pray for. The others on the list had things like CANCER. Heart problems. Brain tumors. I READ HARRY POTTER)

49. At this point in your life would you rather start a new career or a new relationship?

~ A new career.

50. How old are you?

~ According to my daughter, I'm either 19 or 49. I'm somewhere in between.
